We all know that as we age, our arms suddenly become a focal point of our lives. They start to lose their tight appearance as we age. Bat wing arms or as some call it “bingo wings” are an issue that most women deal with. Mostly because women usually do not focus on their arms as much as men do with their exercise regimes. But can you really address these so-called “bat wings” without doing push-ups or using some sort of equipment?
Initially, we were very skeptical. Usually, resistance training using one’s body weight or barbells the most effective at addressing flabby areas of the body that need toning. As we did our research, we came across a simple 3-minute progression workout. It does a great job of targeting the key areas needed to address and prevent “bat wing” arms. It proved to be very effective at creating “muscle failure”. Therefore we did not see the need for barbells to get results.

Do not let the simplicity of this progressive exercise fool you. The more times you do this, the more aware you will become of the muscles groups to focus on. The more focused you become on them the faster you will reach muscle failure quickly. This stimulates muscle growth, toning and lengthening giving you the look you are looking for.
